For nearly two decades, I sat in male-dominated decision-making rooms and I know the pressure you feel. I entered the workforce without a guide, having to fight for visibility and credibility every step of the way.

Today, I draw on my current role as a Senior Delivery Lead (managing complex teams and facilitating conflict) to mentor young women.
